By December, Genesis had delivered another successful year. To show genuine appreciation, they wanted more than just a staff celebration. They wanted an office Christmas party for kids that would include their employees’ families and create lasting memories.

The Vision for a Kids Christmas Party in Dublin

The goal was simple: a warm, festive experience that brought children, parents and colleagues together.

The challenges were less simple:
